OTA Licensing in New JerseyThere are 3,430 licensed OTs and OTAs in New Jersey according to recent BLS data. Also, the field is expected to grow 33% through 2020. New Jersey Occupational Therapy Assistant licensing is regulated by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs – Occupational Therapy Advisory Council. Like other states, you must first complete an accredited OTA program before applying for your OTA license in New Jersey.
